BOOKSTORE ACCESS
- Go to MyUSD, select Books icon
- usd.edu/textbooks
- D2L
- Login to D2L
- Select your class
- Click Resources in the red banner at the top of the page in your class
- Select USD Bookstore & Bookshelf
- Select Required tab to view Required course materials
- Click Take me to the online bookstore for more details and to order

ORDERS
- Login to the online bookstore with your USD email and password
- New, used, eBook, rental or Marketplace; not all purchase options available for every listed course material
- Review TextbookX return policies
- Marketplace books are from 3rd party sellers from around the country
- First Day Access (FDA)
- Your instructor and publisher work together to provide digital course material at a discounted rate
- D2L or your online bookstore eLibrary access by the first day of class
- FDA cost will be a line-item charge on your university account bill to be paid according to your account terms
- Access notification
- TextbookX email delivered to your USD email account
- Visit your online bookstore eLibrary
- Opt out through your online bookstore eLibrary by the deadline if you do not need material
- Digital product access
- Notified by TextbookX email delivered to your USD email account
- Visit your online bookstore eLibrary
- Add an off-campus delivery address
- Select Charlie’s Bookstore & Fan Shop delivery address
- Packages are delivered to Vermillion Post Office then transferred to Charlie’s located in the Muenster University Center (MUC)
- You will receive a TextbookX email when your package is ready for pickup
- Pick up package at Charlie’s Textbook Pickup window during normal business hours
- Delivered textbooks are deemed abandoned after 90 days USD Book Delivery and Storage Policy

RETURNS
- Review TextbookX return policies
- Process returns through your online bookstore account
- Marketplace books are sold as nonreturnable; returns are at the discretion of the seller
- You are responsible for packaging and mailing the return
