Graduation Regalia Rental Package

Before paying for rental regalia, you MUST communicate with Caroline at Charlie's who will collect required information to place an order with the regalia company. Please call 605-658-3733 or email customerservice@usdcharliestore.com before purchasing.

Rental Regalia Packages:

• Bachelor rental package includes cap, tassel, stole and rental gown.
• Master rental package includes cap, tassel, hood and rental gown.
• Doctoral rental package includes cap, stubby tassel, hood and rental gown.
• Specialist rental package includes cap, tassel, hood and rental gown.

Rental Regalia Pickup:

Graduation regalia rental package is for in-store pickup only.  

Pickup regalia at Charlie's on campus April 24 - May 4. Please note that some late orders may arrive after April 24. Please bring an ID for regalia pickup.

Charlie’s Campus Hours Graduation Week:

April 29 - May 2 | 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

May 3 | 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

May 4 | 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

May 5 | 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Rental Return:

For faster return, use your school ID to tap the event reader and hand us your gown (students) or gown/hood (faculty).

• Students are to return rental gown immediately following Commencement at the designated locations on the east side of the Sanford Coyote Sport Center (SCSC) or Charlie's on campus during our extended business hours.
• Faculty are to return rental hood and gown immediately following Commencement at the DakotaDome or Charlie's on campus during our extended business hours.
